Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TalaFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use TalaFlow.

Description of Service

TalaFlow provides automated weekly summaries of GitHub activity. The service:

• Collects data from your configured GitHub repositories
• Generates weekly markdown summaries of pull requests, commits, and issues
• Exports summaries to your chosen destinations (Jekyll blogs, repositories)
• Displays your activity history according to your plan tier, while raw entries remain stored until you delete your account

Account Registration

To use TalaFlow, you must:

• Have a valid GitHub account
• Authorize TalaFlow to access your GitHub data
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TalaFlow only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TalaFlow systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Circumvent rate limits or other usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

GitHub Integration

TalaFlow integrates with GitHub via OAuth. By using TalaFlow:

• You authorize TalaFlow to access your GitHub data according to the permissions you grant
• You remain subject to GitHub's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies
• TalaFlow is not responsible for GitHub's availability or changes to GitHub's API
• You can revoke TalaFlow's access to GitHub at any time via GitHub settings

Plan Tiers & Billing

TalaFlow offers multiple plan tiers:

• Beta Period: All users currently have access to Pro tier features at no cost
• Future Plans: After beta, paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) will require subscription payments
• Free Tier: A limited free tier will be available post-beta

We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice to users.

Exports & User Content

You retain all rights to your generated updates and exports. By using TalaFlow:

• You grant TalaFlow permission to process your GitHub data to generate summaries
• You are responsible for the content of your exports
• TalaFlow is not responsible for how you use or distribute exported content
• Exported content pushed to external repositories/blogs is governed by those services' terms
• Deleting your TalaFlow account does not delete exports already pushed to external services

Export logs are automatically purged based on your plan tier (Free: 30 days, Pro: 1 year, Team: 2 years, Enterprise: unlimited).

Service Availability

TalaFlow is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We strive for reliable service but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Service may be affected by third-party dependencies (GitHub, Supabase, Vercel)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TalaFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions

Intellectual Property

TalaFlow's design, code, branding, and documentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute TalaFlow's intellectual property without authorization.

Privacy

Your use of TalaFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion via your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Abuse the service or exceed rate limits
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Pose a security risk to TalaFlow or other users

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as TalaFlow evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TalaFlow is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
